Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Parts & Stores Assistant to join our busy multi-franchise parts and stores department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts and excellent practical working knowledge of various IT systems.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking goods inwards, sorting and storing stock, and updating the computer system. You will also source parts for the workshop across all manufacturers' platforms, ensuring efficient and accurate issuing of parts for workshop jobs and customer orders. Additionally, you will manage stock levels, maintain a clean and organized parts department, and provide quotations for customer parts enquiries.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of GCSE level education, previous experience in a similar role, and excellent interpersonal and administration skills.
