Site Manager (Fit-Out Projects)
Oversee daily operations in Dublin City Centre to ensure all work is conducted safely, completed on time, and finished to the highest quality standard.
Duties
* Manage and coordinate all subcontractors ensuring work meets required specifications and minimizes rework.
* Plan coordinate execute works deliver the project as defined in the contract documents.
* Foster excellent working relationships within the construction management team with subcontractors and the supply chain.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of the construction industry project execution proven experience as a Site Manager ideally within the fit-out sector computer literate with MS Office MS Project or similar scheduling package a strong track record of delivering projects on time with a keen eye for finishes.
