Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description
Duties
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. A person with a disability will be referred to as a Leader. This vacancy is not centre-based and would require you to work in the Leader's home. Duties to include assisting a person with a disability in all aspects of daily living. This may include:
* Preparing and cooking meals.
* Assisting the Leader with shopping.
* Assisting the Leader in light domestic duties.
* Assisting the Leader with personal care.
This position is in the Carlow Town & surrounding areas of Co. Carlow.
Qualifications and expectations: No prior experience required; accredited training will be provided to support your career development.
