About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Growth Leader to spearhead our business expansion. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth plans across key sectors and service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business development, including strategy, pipeline, conversion, and account growth.
* Build and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
* Engage C-level clients, secure large-scale consulting and tech services contracts.
* Drive market presence through events, strategic partnerships, and industry networking.
* Monitor performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM excellence.
Requirements:
* 8-10 years' experience in technology consulting, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
* Proven track record in building pipelines and closing complex deals with major organisations.
* Skilled in engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
* Strong commercial acumen, strategic vision, and hands-on execution ability.
* CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to sales management.
