Executive Assistant We are working with a leading employer based in Newry to recruit for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.

Monday to Friday 9 5 a hybrid working model is offered for this role.
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for: Providing high-level administrative assistance to Leadership Team members, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Organising and maintaining confidential files and records.
Assisting with the coordination of board meetings, including the preparation and distribution of materials, agenda management, and minute-taking.
Managing marketing materials library, cost centre administration Exercising sound judgement and make independent decisions.
Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and calls, prioritising and responding as necessary.
Coordination and organisation of meetings, including logistical arrangements and material preparation.
Assisting with special projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to their successful execution.
What you will need to have for the Executive Assistant role: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, PA or in a similar role supporting senior management.
Experience in minute taking, to include board minutes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise.

Experience organising large conferences.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
