Temporary Payment Specialist
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to utilise your expertise and make a real impact in a pivotal role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Running weekly multi-currency SAP batch payments, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of transactions.
* Processing manual payment requests, including Tax, VAT, Product payments, Travel Advances, and Interview expenses.
* Handling intercompany payments and collaborating with Cash Management and STS Accounting teams on bank reconciliation items.
Key Skills:
* An effective team player with energy and enthusiasm.
* A business degree is desirable, with 3-5 years' STS experience within a fast-paced, multi-national environment.
* A high level of proficiency in Excel is essential, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
This role offers a chance to work extensively with banking platforms, including Bank of America, HSBC, and Citibank, and contribute to the completion of month-end tasks in conjunction with the wider STS team.
About This Role:
This is a 12-month contract that requires a customer-focused approach, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
