This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the qualification and start-up of astate-of-the-art Biotech Drug Substance facility, supporting microbiological method transfers, validation, and lab setup usingcutting-edge rapid microbiological technologies.Key Responsibilities:Perform and support a range of microbiological testing — environmental monitoring, WFI testing, growth promotion, bioburden, and endotoxin testing (including kinetic and rapid methods).Support lab qualification, equipment calibration, and method transfer activities.Maintain compliance with GMP and GDP standards while ensuring data integrity and accurate documentation in LIMS.Participate in SOP updates, deviation investigations, CAPA management, and continuous improvement initiatives.Train and mentor team members in microbiological and rapid testing techniques.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure efficient and compliant QC operations.What You'll Bring:BSc or higher in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences field.1–2 years' experience in QC Microbiology within a GMP biopharma environment .Hands-on experience in environmental monitoring, water testing, endotoxin, or bioburden assays .Strong technical documentation, data integrity, and analytical skills.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methods is a plus.Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Why Apply?Opportunity to work in aworld-class biotech environmentusingadvanced automation and rapid microbiology technologies.Be part of ahigh-performing and collaborative QC team.Gaincareer-defining experiencesupporting a new biologics manufacturing site startup.
