Business Analyst (Ui Path) 6 month contract Dublin city centre/Hybrid Our high profile client is actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Ui Path RPA experience to support the design and delivery of robotic process automation initiatives within a call centre / customer operations environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, call centre operations, and RPA developers to identify automation opportunities, define business requirements, and ensure the delivery of efficient, scalable Ui Path automations that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Engage with call centre operations, customer service, and business SMEs to understand end-to-end processes Facilitate workshops to identify automation candidates and quantify benefits (time saved, error reduction, cost efficiency) Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Ui Path RPA development teams Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN, flow diagrams, or similar tools Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) for Ui Path development Support developers with clarifications, edge cases, and exception handling logic Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives Define and support UAT strategy, test cases, and execution Coordinate UAT with call centre users and operations leads Validate that automations meet business requirements and operational standards Support change management, training, and go-live activities Identify opportunities to optimise automated processes post-deployment Track benefits realisation and automation performance Contribute to RPA best practices, governance, and documentation standards Essential experience & Skills 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst Proven hands-on experience working on Ui Path RPA projects Strong experience in call centre / contact centre process improvement Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills (BRDs, PDDs, user stories) Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Skills: Business analysis Uipath RPA Agile Kana
