Mayo (Hybrid) Contract: 3–6 Month Contract Overview A growing organisation based in Westport, Co.
Mayo is seeking a Recruitment / HR Administrator to join the HR team on a 3–6 month contract to support a peak in workload.
This role will provide administrative support across recruitment activities and HR operations, working closely with the HR Business Partner and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels Manage interview logistics including calendars, meeting invites, and candidate communications Assist with candidate sourcing activities and maintain talent pipelines Maintain recruitment records and update applicant tracking systems Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process HR Administration Provide administrative support to the HR Business Partner Assist with onboarding activities for new hires including documentation and system updates Coordinate onboarding schedules and induction processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Provide general HR administrative support as required Key Requirements Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, Talent Acquisition or HR support Strong organisational and scheduling skills with high attention to detail Experience coordinating interviews and liaising with multiple stakeholders Strong communication and administrative skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems is an advantage Additional Information 3–6 month contract due to increased workload Hybrid working model based in Westport Immediate or short notice availability preferred For more information, please email #CplGalwayMar26
