Job Title: Postdoctoral Researcher for Medical Workforce Planning
We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our research team in the Graduate School of Healthcare Management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal Investigator and research team to ensure successful delivery of all project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Principal Investigator and research team to develop and implement a comprehensive framework for medical workforce planning.
2. Conduct literature reviews, collect and analyze data from stakeholders, and lead design, delivery, and analysis of co-design workshops.
