The Joinery Foreman is a pivotal role that oversees the coordination and management of direct labour, subcontractors, and trades.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure health and safety delivery on site
* Maintain high standards in work execution
* Facilitate mandatory safety toolbox talk meetings
* Assign crew tasks and resolve issues between crew members
* Oversee the execution of work, ensuring quality and production align with job specifications
* Inspect and measure completed work
* Maintain accurate site records
* Provide regular work progress reports as required
* Establish and promote best practice in quality
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Joinery background essential
* Experience in retail sector advantageous
* Extensive experience in managing sub-contractors
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient PC skills
* Joinery Fit out Supervision skills
