Job Title:Technical Specialist – Analytical Sciences / BioassayWe are seeking aTechnical Specialistwith strong analytical expertise to join ourAnalytical Sciences (AS)team. This role offers the opportunity to provide multidisciplinary technical support, drive analytical projects, and contribute to method development, tech transfers, and troubleshooting initiatives.As part of our team, you will collaborate across functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytical solutions while maintaining adherence to rigorous standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong innovation, enthusiasm, and a drive for technical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Support Bioassay laboratory operations (ELISA, cell biology, cell culture, protein biochemistry, etc.).Optimize assays and drive investigative studies within the Bioassay area.Lead Analytical Technology Transfers and manage project timelines using project management tools.Prepare and maintain documentation following GDP and internal procedures.Lead and participate in cross-functional problem-solving teams, troubleshooting, and investigations.Commission, qualify, and maintain lab equipment; design and execute assay and equipment validation studies.Engage in ongoing bioassay performance monitoring.Prepare, review, and approve technical documents, procedures, CAPAs, change controls, deviations, and metrics.Ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.Required Skills & Experience:BSc in a relevant Science discipline.Experience with ELISA/Bioassays and leading analytical method validations.Self-motivated team player with strong project management skills.Experience managing stakeholders across multiple teams.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced PC literacy.Experience working in development and commercial lab environments.Commitment to continuous professional development.Desirable Qualifications:Ph.D./M.Sc. in a relevant Science disciplineExperience with Softmax Pro template managementEquipment commissioning and qualification experienceWhy Join Us:This role offers exposure to cutting-edge analytical science projects in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing significant opportunities for career growth and professional development.
