While not essential, experience in the education sector-particularly working with Department for Education frameworks, the CEM process, and SEN environments-would be beneficial.This opportunity is suited to a creative and motivated professional who is confident leading projects and supporting teams. You will bring strong design capability, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities & Experience:Lead projects from concept through to delivery within a multidisciplinary teamManage multiple projects while maintaining design quality and programme targetsDevelop and present high-quality design proposalsPrepare specifications using NBS softwareApply BIM processes within project workflowsDeliver work across all RIBA stages (0-7)Produce strong visual outputs using Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopCompile reports and documents using Adobe InDesignMentor and support junior colleagues, including those working towards ChartershipContribute to Biodiversity Net Gain strategies and Landscape & Ecological Management Plans (LEMPs)Degree and/or Master's in Landscape ArchitectureChartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)Minimum 3 years' post-chartership experience (UK or Ireland)Proven experience leading projects within multidisciplinary teamsExcellent design, communication, and report-writing skillsLandscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) experienceExperience with Heritage Lottery-funded projectsHorticultural knowledgeWhat’s on OfferYou'll be joining a supportive, creative studio that values collaboration and professional growth.
