Sherry FitzGerald Countrywide have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Projects Administrator to join our team.This is a specified purpose contract and offers the flexibility of a hybrid working arrangement. Our Head Office is based in Silverstone House in Sandyford, Dublin 18.This is a hands on support role within the Digital Projects team. The successful candidate will work closely with our offices to ensure they get the most from Sherry FitzGerald's technology. From answering day to day systems queries, to helping roll out new tools and training, you'll be a first point of contact. At the same time, you'll play an important role in encouraging offices to embrace technology, showing them how it can make their work more efficient and how better use of digital tools can bring real commercial benefits to their business.Key Responsibilities:Provide systems support to franchise members in Sherry FitzGerald and Simon Brien in Northern Ireland, taking ownership of issues and queries promptly. This covers our CRM (Reapit), mySherryFitz / MY Simon Brien buyer/vendor portals, and other key platforms.Support the roll-out of new technologies in line with the Countrywide Business Strategy, ensuring smooth integration and clear communication.Promote and demonstrate Sherry FitzGerald technologies to franchise members and owned branches, highlighting how digital tools can drive efficiency, growth, and client satisfaction.Design and deliver engaging training sessions (in person and online) for our owned and franchise offices.Use technology insights to help franchise members solve operational challenges and identify new commercial opportunities.Track and analyse technology usage across offices, assist with audits, and identify areas for improvement on an office-by-office basis.Work closely with the wider Digital Projects team to deliver the business plan, support key projects, and contribute to the achievement of KPIs.Manage relationships with Countrywide clients and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.Assist with onboarding new offices, develop training materials, and run Zoom sessions for new starters to set them up for success.Requirements:Minimum 2years previous administration experience.Proficiency across Microsoft 365 and related business technologies.Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine interest in how technology can improve business performance.Sherry FitzGerald is an equal-opportunity employer.
