Program Director
A senior leadership role driving project delivery excellence across multiple sites in Ireland.
* Lead and develop a team of Project Managers to achieve business objectives.
* Develop strategic plans, drive portfolio planning, scheduling, and governance using best-in-class tools like Trimergo ERP, MS Project, and KPI dashboards.
* Implement robust project governance practices including earned value management, change control, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field from a recognized institution.
* PMP/Prince2 certification (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is an added advantage).
* Minimum 10+ years experience in project/program management with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
