Our client a leading Investment manager is seeking a Salesforce & CRM Analyst to take ownership of its CRM environment and support business development, investor relations, and marketing teams through data-driven insights and system optimisation.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise the Salesforce platform (users, permissions, configuration)Build and enhance dashboards and reports for business decision-makingMaintain high standards of data quality, governance, and consistencySupport integrations between Salesforce and internal systemsPartner with Sales, Investor Relations, and Marketing on data and campaign insightsRequirements2–3+ years’ experience in a Salesforce / CRM-focused roleStrong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and automation toolsAdvanced Excel and strong data analysis skillsExperience maintaining data quality across systemsTo find out more about this exciting opportunity please reach out to David to arrange a exploratory chat.
