Kitchen Design Sales Consultant Location:Dublin Type:Full-time / Part-time (specify) €38k salary plus commission on all sales once initial target has been hit. About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced and motivatedKitchen Designer / Sales Consultantto join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is design-led, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences from initial consultation through to final installation. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their needs, style, and budget Design bespoke kitchen solutions using CAD/design software Present designs and quotations in a professional and engaging manner Manage the full sales process from enquiry to order confirmation Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers Work closely with installation and project teams to ensure smooth delivery Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service Requirements Previous experience inkitchen design and sales(essential) Proficiency with kitchen design software (e.g. Winner, Compusoft, or similar) Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary + commission structure Supportive and professional working environment Opportunity to work with high-quality products and premium designs Ongoing training and career development
