About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join our growing Estimation Department in Dublin. This is a key role in supporting tendering, procurement, and commercial delivery across high-profile projects.
Responsibilities
* Prepare bills of quantities, budgets, take-offs, and tender documentation.
* Manage sub-contract orders with the Buying Department and relevant managers.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, issuing tenders and expediting returns.
* Conduct site surveys and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Support commercial management of contracts, including monthly valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Maintain accurate estimating systems, databases, and records.
* Assist with procurement strategy, cost reporting, and preparation of contractual claims.
* Support Commercial and Engineering teams with cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
* 5–10 years' experience in a similar Estimating role.
Required Skills
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.
* Proactive, detail-focused, and able to work on your own initiative.
