**Job Title:** IT Business Analyst
Job Description
The Commercial IT team is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to support the delivery of projects and change initiatives. As a key member of the team, you will play an active role in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and managing development through to production environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with software development lifecycles, quality assurance, and information security. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of projects and change initiatives within the Commercial IT team
* Gather business requirements and analyze data to inform project decisions
* Manage development through to production environments, including coordination and execution of testing
* Collaborate with other Commercial IT Team functions, as well as the wider IT function and Commercial business unit function itself
* Engage with relevant 3rd party vendors to ensure delivery plans are kept on track and solutions adhere to best practice
Required Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of software development lifecycles
* Experience with quality assurance and information security
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interact and influence effectively at all levels across the business
* Understanding of On Premise, hybrid and private/public cloud environments
* Experience in Product Information management solutions would be advantageous
