Role and Responsibilities
* Provide an efficient reception experience, including check-in/out and audit procedures.
* Manage phone reservations and handle customer inquiries.
* Deliver excellent service, build guest relationships, and exceed expectations.
* Address guest issues promptly and effectively.
* Handle cash procedures in line with company policy.
* Perform general office duties to ensure smooth reception operations.
* Stay updated on room prices and special offers to inform guests accurately.
Candidate Requirements
* This is a full-time position.
* Good command of English, both verbal and written.
* Ability to sell the Harvey’s Point Experience naturally.
* Confident, well-groomed, with a pleasant disposition.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS is an advantage.
