Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the successful delivery of high-quality residential projects.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction or a related field and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for ensuring detailed project programmes are drawn up, adhered to, and regularly reporting progress status to assist in the effective management of sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the site team, providing overall site management, guidance, and support.
* Develop effective relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular meetings.
* Work closely with all other team members to ensure that Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety aspects are adhered to during the project phase on site.
Requirements:
* Valid site cards and full driving licence
* Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel
