SECTO1Job DescriptionJob titleIT ManagerReports toCFOJob purposeOversee daily IT operations, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance.Lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and manage vendor relationships.Authorities, Duties and responsibilities· Managing information technology and computer systems· Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization.· Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of· computer / mobile and network systems.· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.· Repairing and replacing damaged computer / mobile and network components.· Ensuring the security of client and remote computers by installing and upgradingantivirus and firewall software.· Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly.· Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations· Manage information technology and computer systems· Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations· Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems· Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time· Audit systems and assess their outcomes· Preserve assets, information security and control structures· Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness· Ensure all Secto Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety requirements are met.· Managing client relationships with the promotion of Customer focus.· Vendor Management; MSP, suppliers and services· ISO 27001 AuditsRequirements· Proven 5 years working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience· Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems· Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation· BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar fieldJob Type: PermanentBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingSick payWellness programWork from homeWork Location: In person
