Job Description
Seeking a results-driven IT Manager to lead the implementation of strategic technology initiatives. This role will drive innovation and excellence in IT operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert leadership and oversight for all IT operations, infrastructure, and systems.
* Manage and mentor the IT team to ensure consistent service delivery and professional development.
* Design, implement, and maintain secure and resilient network, server, and data environments.
* Lead the development and enforcement of cybersecurity, data protection, and disaster recovery frameworks.
* Collaborate closely with senior leaders to align technology with business goals and exceptional guest experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity.
* Relevant third-level IT qualification (degree level or higher) is desirable.
* Proven expertise in network design, systems administration, cybersecurity, and virtualization.
* Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, MS Entra, MS Azure, MS 365 E5, Firewalls, VMware/Hyper-V, Veeam, and network infrastructure.
