About the RoleThe role involves working cross-functionally to develop and implement a strategic asset reliability plan that supports both corrective and preventative maintenance, ensuring all Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Sustainability goals are met.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and manage a team of Area leads and PPM maintenance technicians for your plant to provide optimum equipment reliability to support the manufacturing operations.Build skills capability across the Plant technical/engineering team to engage with the latest modern practices.Provide leadership and coaching to the engineering team towards the implementation of Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working, delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.Implement PM (Progressive Maintenance), CBM (condition-based monitoring), Visual controls & tools management, Lubrication management, and Calibration of equipment(s).Conduct Breakdown/root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of equipment failures and develop effective corrective actions.Interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to deliver the company objectives and goals.Conduct regular equipment inspections and assessments to identify potential reliability issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.Analyze equipment failure data to identify trends and patterns and develop strategies to improve equipment reliability.Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies to proactively identify and address potential equipment failures.QualificationsEngineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Manufacturing)Required SkillsExtensive experience in high-volume manufacturing.Extensive experience in Continuous Improvement.Data collection and analytic skills using Manufacturing intelligence systems.Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.Demonstrated abilities in Data Analytics, problem solving, and team building.Strong people management skills with the ability to drive change.Preferred SkillsExperience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies.If you feel this role is for you, please contact
