Qualifications
10+ years’ experience in investor relations, capital markets, or corporate finance
Experience working with listed companies and engaging with institutional investors
Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory disclosure, and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with the Board, this role forms a key part of the leadership team.
Responsibilities
Investor Engagement – Act as the primary contact for investors, analysts, and key market stakeholders
Strategy Development – Lead and implement the overall investor relations strategy
Communications – Develop all investor materials, earnings announcements, and market updates
Board Collaboration – Support the Board and CEO in investor messaging and disclosure alignment
Compliance – Manage all market announcements in line with regulatory obligations
Market Insight – Track peer performance, investor sentiment, and market trends
Event Management – Coordinate roadshows, AGMs, EGMs, and investor briefings
Corporate Affairs – Oversee broader corporate communications including media and public affairs
