Senior Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
* Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
* Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
* Resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency.
* Mentor and support the development of junior team members.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Minimum of 7 years' experience in site engineering within the construction industry.
* Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory standards.
* Proficient in project management software and CAD tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
