Overview
The successful candidate will oversee and lead a team of electrical engineers focused on the design and fitout of modular units. This role includes managing the integration of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring that all designs are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers to execute electrical fitout tasks for modular units.
* Set clear objectives and expectations for team performance, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
* Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure effective communication.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and professional development.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and modular construction practices. Experience with electrical design, installation, and commissioning. Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams, including the ability to lead, motivate, and develop engineers and technicians. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including experience with budgeting, resource management, and scheduling. Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of safety regulations, local codes, and industry standards related to electrical and mechanical installations. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Benefits
