Essential Criteria
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar environment supporting adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Minimum requirement is QQI level 5 Certificate, preferably in the area of health care, community care, care for people with disabilities.
Knowledge of HIQA – National Standards for Residential Services for Children and Adults with Disabilities.
Demonstrated high motivation and excellent communication skills to deliver activity programmes to a range of people.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and liaise with other staff, volunteers, and residents.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing training and development of self.
Full clean driver’s licence.
