Retail Assistant
for a leading marine retail company based in County Kerry.
This is a customer-focused and detail-oriented role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries both in-store and over the phone, preparing quotations, processing invoices, managing orders, and always ensuring a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in-store and over the phone with product enquiries, pricing, and order updates.
* Prepare accurate quotations and process sales invoices efficiently.
* Manage customer orders from start to finish, including stock checks and coordinating with the dispatch team.
* Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide informed advice to customers.
* Support the wider sales and retail team with administrative and operational tasks.
* Handle customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.
* Keep the shop floor and stock areas well-organised and presentable.
To Note:
* Monday to Friday role with occasional Saturday work depending on seasonal needs.
