Director of Global Operations
A key role has emerged within a multinational entity to oversee the entire order-to-cash process. As Director of Global Operations, you will lead and develop a global team, responsible for order management, credit control, billing, cash application, and collections.
* Lead and manage a finance team to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
* Identify, implement, and monitor improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Sales and Operations to process and fulfill customer orders efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement credit policies, assess credit risk, and enforce controls to support business objectives.
* Oversee timely and accurate invoicing and collections to optimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
* Partner with Treasury to enhance cash management and forecasting activities.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive business partnering experience, a proven track record in driving change initiatives, and a history of improving customer satisfaction globally. Comprehensive knowledge of the Order-to-Cash process is essential for this position.
