Senior Support Engineer Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Support Engineer to join our Shared Services Support team. This key member will be part of a dedicated group responsible for supporting infrastructure and cloud services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 3 support for infrastructure and cloud environments, with a focus on Azure and Azure AD.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to networking, Active Directory, and cloud applications.
* Collaborate with internal IT teams and external Managed Service Providers to ensure seamless operation of data centers and shared services.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar Level 3 support role, with a strong background in traditional infrastructure (networking and Active Directory).
* Expertise in Azure, Azure AD, and Azure applications.
* Experience working with Managed Service Providers.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
