Chef de Partie Opportunity
Our restaurant in Dublin is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including sauces
* Assist with opening and closing procedures
* Conduct thorough cleaning and organization of the kitchen area
* Verify food dates and ensure adherence to guidelines
* Train new staff members in sauce and spice use
* Perform other duties as necessary during service hours
Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie in a commercial kitchen environment
This full-time permanent position offers 39 hours of work per week
