QA/Compliance Officer Our client is a leading Chemicals Distribution organisation based in Dublin.
Due to growth of the organization they are currently looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated person to join their busy team.

To support maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organizations Quality Management System (QMS).
To ensure that products and processes meet applicable regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 9001, FEMAS, GDP, HPRA and other relevant requirements.
The role supports compliance auditing, documentation control, and liaison with regulatory bodies.
Working closely with the team, supporting Account Managers and Customers and liaising with Suppliers as needed.
Role/Responsibilities: Quality Assurance (QA): Assist in the maintenance of the companys quality systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, FEMAS, GDP, HPRA, CLP & REACH including associated Document control systems Audit trails, Change control, CAPA Assist with all quality related audits, liaising with external auditors and embedding the recommend changes resulting from them as required Maintain and update quality system documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) Customer complaint and non-conformance management Onboarding of new materials in line with the appropriate Regulations/ Standards.
Assist with completion of Customer Questionnaire / Document and QTA requests Assist with Customer satisfaction Surveys & collate feedback from New Customers Member of HACCP team Quality monitoring/analysis Assist in maintenance of Ecovadis / Responsible Care initiatives Assist in identifying CSR/ESG risks and opportunities Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates to internal systems.
Prepare and compile regulatory dossiers for submission to local and international authorities.
Maintain regulatory databases, certifications, and product registrations.
Manage labelling compliance Education/Qualifications: 3rd level Scientific qualification 2+ years QA/Regulatory or Compliance experience within pharma, food, feed or medical device sectors.
