The ideal Corporate Receptionist will have strong experience in front desk operations and a background in Corporate, Legal, or Financial firms.

Key duties:
1. Meeting and greeting clients.
2. Handling a high volume of telephone calls.
3. Booking internal meeting rooms and catering.
4. Arranging taxis.
5. Issuing swipe cards.
6. Managing administrative tasks.
7. Addressing queries.

1. Extremely professional and reliable, with experience in corporate environments.
2. Flexible, able to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
3. Engaging and confident communicator.
4. Well-organized and able to work independently.
5. Experience in a corporate setting and a natural team player.
6. Dependable and flexible, capable of working in a busy team and shift environment (7:45 am to 6:30 pm).
7. Understanding of confidentiality importance.
