Must have experience in the following:
Managing a medium-sized maintenance team
Contract management including development, management, review of contracts and SLAs, and establishing KPIs to meet service objectives
Service Delivery – managing capital replacement projects from procurement to completion, ensuring compliance
Attention to detail – managing contractor and vendor relationships, procurement procedures, and contract negotiations for optimal delivery and cost savings
Project Management, Preventive Maintenance, Contracts, and Service Delivery Management
Experience in large business environments
