The Client had its own Facilities Team on their own state-of-the-art large Site – maintaining over 20+ large facilities buildings.

Location: On-Site, Dublin
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, Flexi Time
Must have experience in the following:
* Managing a medium-sized maintenance team
* Contract management including development, management, review of contracts and SLAs, and establishing KPIs to meet service objectives
* Service Delivery – managing capital replacement projects from procurement to completion, ensuring compliance
* Attention to detail – managing contractor and vendor relationships, procurement procedures, and contract negotiations for optimal delivery and cost savings
* Project Management, Preventive Maintenance, Contracts, and Service Delivery Management
* Experience in large business environments
* Reporting to Shareholders
