Lead Energy Professional
We are seeking a Lead Engineer to support the growth of our Energy division. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving technical excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and reviewing technical proposals and reports
2. Leading design activities and providing technical expertise
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
4. Contributing to tender preparation, proposal writing, and business development
5. Providing leadership and guidance to team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Chartered Engineer status or equivalent
* Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills
* Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management
