Project Leadership Role
A highly experienced professional with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects is sought.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver projects within specified timescales, quality, and budgets.
* Supervise and mentor senior and junior staff in the Sustainable Infrastructure sector.
* Prepare technical reports and tender documents.
* Plan and manage design work, collaborating closely with Engineering Discipline Leads and Technicians.
* Ensure compliance with quality assurance and management systems, as well as relevant health and safety legislation.
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, accompanied by Chartered Engineer status.
* At least 12 years of post-graduate experience in designing and managing highways, greenways, and infrastructure schemes, including delivering projects in Ireland.
* Experience in delivering highway or greenway projects adhering to TII Project Management Guidelines Phases 0 to 7.
* Multi-disciplinary design management expertise and ability to engage with clients, external stakeholders, and subconsultants.
