As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful business conversations, create high-quality opportunities, and contribute directly to the company's expansion across multiple industries. The role is based 2 days in the Dublin city centre office

* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, research, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
* Understand each prospect's business needs and demonstrate how the consultancy's solutions can drive measurable success.
* Partner with Business Development Managers to create qualified sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers as a trusted first point of contact.
* Use tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms to manage and track engagement.
* Stay informed on industry trends and continually refine your understanding of the company's service offerings.
* Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure aligned and effective outreach.
* Apply consultative selling techniques and handle objections with professionalism and insight.
