As Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes for a busy and professional contract catering environment. You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent quality, excellent hygiene standards, and efficient service for clients and guests. Our client is a leading contract catering provider with a strong reputation for delivering top-quality food and service across Ireland. With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce and professional service, they offer a supportive and structured kitchen environment ideal for growth and development. The Duties: Prepare and present dishes in line with company and client standards. Ensure all food safety and HACCP procedures are followed. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards and smooth service. Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste reduction. Maintain a clean and organised workstation at all times. Contribute ideas for menu planning and improvements. The Requirements: Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role, ideally in contract catering or high-volume service. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations. A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine passion for food. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain high standards. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
