As maintenance staff you will play a key role in ensuring the functionality and safety of the complexes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks and general DIY.
Conduct regular maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues.
Maintain outdoor areas such as gardens, walkways, and car parks.
Ensure heating, ventilation, and other building systems operate effectively.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and residents.
Liaise with contractors and external service providers when necessary.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a general maintenance, trade or building operations role.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks.
Good communication skills and a respectful attitude toward residents and staff.
Garda Vetting will be required.
Understanding of health and safety regulations.
Desirable:
Full, clean driving licence.
Manual Handling and/or Safe Pass certification.
Basic skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or mechanical work.
