We are looking for a Fixer and Planner to bridge the gap between our mobile shop operations and modern technology. You will observe how our stores run, find where we are slow or wasting money, and implement smart digital solutions like automated inventory and integrated POS systems.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Fixer: Audit current shop workflows to find bottlenecks and design "future-state" digital roadmaps.
System Launcher: Select, test, and roll out retail tech (POS, CRM, Inventory apps) that actually works for our staff.
Staff Coach: Simplify complex tech into easy-to-follow steps and train our retail teams to use new tools confidently.
Compliance Guard: Ensure all systems follow Singapore’s PDPA for data privacy and IMDA rules for mobile equipment.
Value Tracker: Use data to prove that new technology is increasing our sales and saving us time.
Core Skills
Strong Communication: Must be able to explain "tech-speak" to shop staff in simple English
Problem-Solving: A "can-do" attitude for fixing real-world shop floor issues.
Tools: Familiarity with retail software and process mapping tools
