Receptionist
Location: O'Brien's Kilkenny Renault Dealer
O'Brien's Kilkenny, your local Renault dealership, is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
This is a key front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm welcome and providing efficient administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area: greeting customers, answering queries, and handling incoming calls.
Provide administrative support including typing letters, quotations, and emails.
Maintain office organisation: order supplies, update the post book, and handle general queries.
Process vehicle administration: log trade-ins and used car sales, process changes of ownership, register cars, and maintain customer details.
Support the smooth running of dealership operations through accurate records and timely task management.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service or a reception/administrative role.
Professional appearance and excellent telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with standard office systems and attention to detail.
