Care Assistants Training Centres, Day Services & Community Hubs (aligned to the Care Assistant (Disability Services)salary scale) This role will be based in Horizons Training Centres/Day Services and Community Day Hubs. As part of this role you will be supporting in the transitioning of the people we support, from a training centre environment to their day service/ community hub. This shift pattern for this role will generally be Monday to Friday however flexibility with will be required in line with service delivery.
