You will work closely with our Asst. Brewer to learn kombucha brewing and production processes, take pressure off day-to-day operations, and help maintain a clean, well-run, audit-ready facility.Over time, this role has the opportunity to grow into a senior operational position as the business scales.This role will suit someone who wants real responsibility, enjoys high standards, and takes pride in running a clean, well-organised production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Brewing SupportLearn kombucha brewing and production processes alongside our Head BrewerSupport batching, carbonation, bottling and production planningTake ownership of defined production processes once trainedHands-On ProductionWork on the production line (bottling machine)Bottling, labelling, packing and preparing orders for dispatchMaintain pace, accuracy and quality during production runsHACCP, Hygiene & Health & SafetyMaintain strict food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all timesFollow and help improve SOPs and cleaning schedulesComplete production, cleaning and safety paperwork accuratelyBe comfortable working in an environment subject to audits and inspectionsStandards & OwnershipTake pride in the cleanliness, organisation and efficiency of the facilityIdentify issues early and raise them clearlySuggest improvements to processes, layout or workflowsAct as a reliable, calm presence on the floorWhat We're Looking ForEssentialExperience in food or beverage production, or another regulated manufacturing environmentStrong work ethic and attention to detailComfortable with physical, hands-on workHigh personal hygiene and cleanliness standardsReliable, responsible and consistentDesirableHACCP or food safety trainingBrewing, fermentation, dairy, nutraceutical, pharma or commercial kitchen backgroundExperience working in a small, growing businessPersonality & MindsetCalm under pressureTakes pride in doing things properlyWilling to learn and take ownershipNot afraid of responsibilityWants to grow with the business long termWhat We OfferA hands-on role with real responsibilityDirect training and knowledge transfer in kombucha brewing and productionOpportunity to grow into a senior operations roleA supportive team environment with high standardsThe chance to be part of a growing Irish drinks brandJob Type: Full-timePay: €16.00-€18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekAbility to commute/relocate:Naas, CO.
