Service Coordinator
to join our client's growing team based in Tuam.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Coordinator/ Scheduler to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.
Your new role includes
Scheduling PPM calls for an assigned team of engineers.
Interacting and scheduling contractors for Preventive maintenance or Reactive callouts.
Raising and issuing PO's to engineers for restocking of vans or for new orders.
Quoting Clients for small day works if required.
Reviewing Engineer PPM dockets and reports.
Liaising and responding to client communication in an efficient manner.
Experience you need
Proven experience in a scheduling role
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Experience working and liaising with engineers
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
