We are recruiting on behalf of our well known and highly regarded client within their Membership Team. They have a strong market presence with the ability and pathway for you to progress through the Company.
Please note, you will need to obtain full working rights with no end date on a Visa. Stamp 4, EU passport and Citizens are all suitable. Stamp 1G Visa's cannot be accepted at this time.
Your Role:
You'll assist customers with Membership, Car, Home, and Travel Insurance in a fast-paced, supportive, and rewarding environment. You will resolve any queries, ensure compliance is accurate and overall contribute to team success.
Please note, the work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts + 1-2 Saturday per month (10 AM – 3 PM)

About You:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre.
* Able to communicate your previous call handling experience and statistics of call volume.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to stay focused, calm and deescalate potential stressful situations.
* Work collaboratively within the team and also others such as Roadside Assistance Crew.
* Accurately achieve targets and KPI outlined by team.
* Record accurate information on the system correctly.
* Insurance qualifications (APA/CIP) or willingness to work towards something.
What is on Offer for you?
* € 26,400 per year + shift premiums.
* (OTE € 30,000 to € 35,000 in year 1).
* Increase in salary after probationary period and twice yearly salary reviews in place.
* Full time, Permanent position.
* Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm in their Dublin office for initial training.
* Hybrid model in place after 8 week Training and then moving into a rotating shift pattern.
