Job Description
Main Purpose of Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Quality Advisor to provide leadership in the delivery of quality management standards within a highly complex & regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise on overall compliance in matters of quality system management in accordance with policy and best practice
* Act as a source of expert quality management advice
* Serve as a role model in ensuring the highest standards of quality management are adopted
* Tangible experience of driving best practice in quality management activities, processes, policies and standards
* Provide assistance and support to the quality lead
Qualifications
Qualifications
We would expect candidates to demonstrate the following:
* Good influencing skills to manage and motivate teams in support of complex programmes
* Ability to coordinate and organize multiple sources of reporting inputs / performance data and deliver project / programme reports as required
* An ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
* Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service
* Experience working with construction quality management system requirements
* Experience of the design and delivery of complex projects
* Prior experience working within safety critical environments such as metro / rail
* BA / BSc in an engineering / technology/ construction or related discipline is preferred or equivalent industry experience
* Chartered quality professional or similar
