The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This is a stand-alone role.
This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager will play a strategic role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting business objectives through effective HR initiatives.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience
3. CIPD qualification, desirable
4. Experience in a similar industry (construction, engineering, etc.), desirable
5. Strong knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
8. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
9. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
10. Strong leadership and team management skills
