About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior financial planning and analysis specialist, supporting the general manager and site financial teams in all finance-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and review of weekly and monthly financial reports
* Develop and provide variance analysis and commentary on weekly and monthly reports
* Contribute to commercial projects aimed at improving business performance
* Owning and approving system standard pricing updates
* Maintaining accurate financial systems
* Ensuring up-to-date balance sheet reconciliations
* Streamlining processes and implementing system improvements
* Supporting annual budget preparation
* Providing assistance with internal and external audits
* Site project involvement and report preparation
* Managing CAPEX and associated queries
* Tracking and analyzing weekly and monthly results
* Preparing bi-monthly board meeting minutes
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years post-accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with industry experience
* Strong commercial mindset and exposure to procurement is beneficial
* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication
