We're expanding our Dublin team and are seeking driven Business Development Managers to join us. This is an out-and-out sales role, picking up the phone, speaking to senior decision-makers, building relationships, and winning new business. The Role: As a Business Development Manager, you'll be focused on high-volume outbound calls every day. Your job is to engage with prospective clients, introduce our services, and open doors for long-term partnerships. You'll be speaking with Managing Directors, HR teams, and Sales Leaders, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how BMS can help them grow their teams.
